Hi, I’m back to doing what I a supposed to. I’m supposed to review retirement activities. So I’m reviewing an activity from my Giant List of Retirement Activities, Stand Up Paddleboarding. Today I’m reviewing an activity that I can do together with my wife. Lisa A.K.A. RetireMom has been requesting stand up paddleboards for a while. With our place in Florida we have some great spots nearby. So we went to the Salt Run in St. Augustine to try out this activity.
Not to spoil the ending but Lisa and I both rate Stand Up Paddleboarding 8/10. I wanted more excitement and Lisa wanted to see some dolphins to make it a 10/10.
Stand up paddleboarding seems pretty economical. Our whole board setup with the paddle, pump, and everything was $149 and then you don’t really pay for anything else. That’s quite economical.
